The draft law abolishes the seasonal clock change. Deputies supported it in the second reading on July 16. On the last Sunday of October, Ukraine will switch to winter time for the final time and is expected to remain on it, reports BBC.
The bill was sent for the president's signature in August, but he has yet to sign it.
A source within the presidential team indicated that this law will not be signed after all.
