The Russian occupation forces are actively advancing towards Pokrovsk from the south, southwest, and west, while offensive actions by the enemy continue east of the city as well.

As explained by military analyst and coordinator of the "Information Resistance" group, Konstantin Moshovets, the enemy has completely taken control of the village of Vozdvizhenska on the right flank of the 41st Combined Arms Army and is now attempting to move towards the junction on the road leading to Konstantinovka, as well as towards Baranovka and Zelenoye Pole, along with Yelizavetovka.

According to the expert, in this direction, the enemy has gradually expanded its tactical penetration, but its significance in a broader context, regarding the overall operation plan to capture Pokrovsk, remains debatable.

The military analyst noted that there are reports indicating that the occupiers in this direction, in addition to several "motorized infantry regiments of territorial troops," are attempting to deploy a "considerable amount of armored vehicles."

"It is quite possible that a portion of the forces from the 41st Combined Arms Army has indeed been decided to be used not in the sector of the 2nd Combined Arms Army, but specifically on its right flank – to encircle Pokrovsk from the east and northeast. It is clear that without occupying the areas of Myrnohrad and Luch, an assault on the city solely from the south and southwest would be, so to speak, 'problematic' for the enemy," Konstantin Moshovets explained.
