According to the investigation, on the night of November 9, the armed forces of Russia conducted a massive attack with drones on Odesa and the surrounding region.
This was reported by the Odesa regional prosecutor's office.
As a result of the attack, residential high-rises in two housing complexes in Odesa were damaged, along with private houses, warehouse facilities of a private enterprise, and citizens' vehicles, with at least ten cars completely destroyed by fire.
Prosecutors are documenting the aftermath of yet another hostile attack on Odesa.
One person was killed, and 13 others were injured, including 2 children.
A local resident lost her life due to the enemy attack, and 13 individuals sustained injuries, among them two boys aged 4 and 16.
Information regarding other casualties in Odesa is being clarified.
The inspection of the site of the enemy shelling is ongoing, and the full list of destruction and damages is being established by the regional prosecutor's office.
At the scenes, prosecutors, along with law enforcement, are documenting the consequences of Russia's armed aggression.
Under the procedural guidance of the Odesa regional prosecutor's office, a pre-trial investigation has been initiated regarding violations of the laws and customs of war (part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
As reported by the head of the Odesa military administration, Oleg Kiper, a private house was destroyed in the enemy attack, where a family - father, mother, and 16-year-old son - lived.
It is currently known that the father and 16-year-old son are hospitalized in moderate condition, while unfortunately, the mother has died.
