The company DIM, a leader in creating modern residential complexes and innovative infrastructure projects, has successfully attracted targeted funding for the development of both existing and prospective projects, as reported by the company's press service to the Interfax-Ukraine agency.
"We have managed to attract partner investments, which will allow us to complete all projects in our portfolio within the planned timelines. Moreover, it is crucial for us to create high-quality projects, integrate modern technologies into them, and exceed the expectations of our residents," commented Alexander Nasikovsky, the founder and managing partner of the DIM group of companies.
The press service added that, according to the signed agreement, they cannot disclose the names of the investors at this time but noted that these are "individuals who believe in the future of Ukraine and the DIM company."
Attracting targeted funding is particularly important during wartime conditions, when developers face numerous challenges such as economic instability, shortages of construction materials and human resources, logistical difficulties, and heightened security risks. With the support of strategic investment partners, the pace of construction at DIM's projects will not depend on sales volumes, and existing and potential investors can be confident in the realization of DIM's projects.
Additionally, DIM is expanding the range of cooperation conditions with potential clients by offering flexible payment terms. Buyers can make an initial payment of 30% before the completion of construction, with the remaining amount payable over two years after the project's readiness.
As reported, in 2024, DIM has already commissioned 1,160 apartments in two complexes – "New Autograph" and Lucky Land, becoming one of the leaders among the capital's development companies.
The DIM group of companies was founded in 2014, specializing in the full cycle of development, including design, construction, and property management. During this time, the company has commissioned 15 buildings in eight residential complexes, totaling 3,640 apartments, and constructed over 332.7 thousand square meters of residential and commercial space. Currently under construction are six residential complexes in the "comfort+" and "business class" categories: "Metropolis," Park Lake City, Lucky Land, A136 Highlight Tower, Olegiv Podil, and The One.
