Gorbunov admitted whether he plans to enter politics.

He shared this in an interview with the YouTube project TCN "Alone Together".

Gorbunov on Political Future

The host mentioned that he does not see himself in politics at the moment, as he enjoys what he is currently doing. Gorbunov believes that those who merely want to boost their social standing should not enter politics.

"I love everything I do. Unfortunately, politics, in my opinion, does not yield positive results for anyone. A person who enters politics should genuinely want to engage in it. If you are entering politics just to score points, that is a different matter," — the entertainer explained.

Gorbunov also revealed his relationship with President Volodymyr Zelensky. He stated that he has strictly professional ties with the head of state and last encountered him during a performance in the subway during the war.

"We shook hands and hugged, 'good to see you' and that's all," — the producer added.

Recall that Gorbunov, along with other Ukrainian stars, organized a charity auction to raise funds for our defenders. Additionally, TV host Yuriy Gorbunov disclosed what his largest fee has been throughout his career.
