Negotiations to End the War

"We see that Ukraine, the Russian Federation, and the USA will be at the negotiating table," Kellogg stated.

According to him, there are actually two main participants and a mediator at the negotiating table.

Kellogg emphasized that the USA has never considered the option of negotiations without Ukraine's participation. However, he did not mention Europe's role in this process.

Recall that Kellogg stated that the war in Ukraine should end in less than a year. He allocates 180 days to involve all parties in the peace process.

Kellogg also noted that for achieving lasting peace, the involvement of Zelensky and European allies is essential.
