According to the mayor Vitaliy Klitschko, the attack affected the Obolon, Holosiivskyi, Podilskyi, Sviatoshynskyi, Darnytskyi, and Solomianskyi districts.
In the Obolon district, one person died, and three were injured, including a 9-year-old girl. Two of the injured were hospitalized, while one received assistance on-site.
A large fire erupted in the industrial zone of the Obolon district, damaging buildings.
In the Sviatoshynskyi district, the roof of a nine-story building caught fire, but no calls for medical assistance have been reported so far.
In the Holosiivskyi, Podilskyi, and Sviatoshynskyi districts, residential buildings and other structures are on fire.
In the Darnytskyi district, a private enterprise was engulfed in flames.
Emergency services, medical personnel, and law enforcement are working at the impact sites.
According to the head of the Kyiv Regional State Administration, Mykola Kalashnyk, air defense forces shot down enemy missiles and drones over the region during the night.
In the Obukhiv district, non-residential premises caught fire as a result of the attack. In the Boryspil district, debris from downed UAVs damaged nine private houses and a car.
No hits on critical infrastructure have been recorded, and there are currently no reports of civilian casualties in the region. Emergency services continue to mitigate the aftermath of the attack.
It is worth noting that in Kyiv, during the night of February 12, an air alert was declared due to the threat of a Russian attack. Explosions were heard in the capital and the surrounding area.
