Heavy fighting is taking place along the entire perimeter of the Russian occupation forces' incursion south of Pokrovsk in the tactical zone, particularly in the areas of Novovasilivka, Solene, Kotlyno, Pyschany, and Dachenko.
This was reported by military analyst and coordinator of the "Information Resistance" group, retired Colonel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Konstantin Mashovets, on his Telegram channel.
According to the military expert, the advance of the Russian occupiers' frontline units between Pyschany, which the enemy previously managed to bypass from the west, and Kotlyno appears particularly dangerous at this time.
Additionally, the enemy has achieved successes in the area of the villages of Solene and Novovasilivka. It is evident that the Russian occupation forces are trying to advance on both banks of the Solona River towards Uspenivka and Novosergeivka, approaching the border of the Dnipropetrovsk region.
Konstantin Mashovets noted that the enemy, besides conducting "supporting" attacks in the areas of Mykolaivka and Lisovka, is carrying out offensive operations in the vicinity of the village of Vozdvizhanka, where the enemy has likely managed to increase its efforts towards the village of Zelenoe Pole and the road junction on the Pokrovsk - Konstantinovka road by deploying another motorized rifle regiment.
"Moreover, it is clear that the enemy is trying to expand its tactical incursion in the area of Vozdvizhanka (as they are attacking not only towards the road junction but also in the directions of Novoaleksandrovka - Zelenoe Pole and attempting to cross the Kazenny Torets north of Timofeivka, attacking along the road towards the same junction)," the expert added.
