Governor Roman Busergin of Saratov reported a drone threat and later confirmed the "debris landing on an industrial site in Engels."

It is known that Engels hosts an airfield where strategic TU-95 bombers are stationed, which has been targeted by drones multiple times.

The base supplied fuel to the military airfield "Engels-2," reported the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Incidentally, against the backdrop of reports about the advance of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Kursk region, a military expert explained the current situation regarding the grouping of forces in that direction.
