The funds accumulated by citizens of Ukraine under the "National Cashback" program reached 414 million UAH in January 2025, which is 22 million UAH, or 5% less than in December 2024, reported on the Ministry of Economy's website on Monday.
"In just five months since its launch, the 'National Cashback' program has gained momentum - the number of active users has exceeded 5 million. Overall, Ukrainians have accumulated nearly 1.3 billion UAH in cashback, with 850 million UAH earned in December and January. The growing interest among citizens in the program indicates its impact on consumer behavior - leading to a preference for Ukrainian products," - quoted the ministry's First Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Economy of Ukraine, Yulia Svyrydenko.
The Ministry of Economy noted that cashback payments for December and January will take place at the end of February 2025 due to the peculiarities of the budget process.
As of early February 2025, the number of manufacturers participating in the program reached 1,700, and the cashback is available on 360,000 products made in Ukraine.
According to information on the ministry's website, 20 banks have also joined the program: PrivatBank, monobank, Ukrgasbank, Sense Bank, PUMB, A-Bank, Bank Globus, UKRSIBBANK BNP Paribas Group, Oschadbank, Akkordbank, Credit Dnipro Bank, Pravex Bank (does not issue cards for cashback payments), Credit Agricole Bank, Clearing Dim Bank, Radabank, Raiffeisen, OTR Bank, Bank "Vlasnyy Rakhunok" (does not issue cards for cashback payments), Idea Bank, and MTB Bank.
