Issa Pliev's Plaque in Odessa

The activist stated that if their demands regarding the transfer of the plaque to the museum are not met, they are prepared to take it themselves and even sink it in the sea.

"This plaque requires immediate transfer to the museum, before it is dismantled by the public and sunk in the sea", — said Demyan Ganul.

The local authorities have been given three days to resolve this issue.

"I give the local authorities 3 working days to comply with the legal requirements", — stated the activist.
