Сикорский отметил, что Европа может оказаться под давлением в связи с возможным соглашением с Россией.

Sikorski stated that Europe may face pressure for an agreement with Russia.

Europe may soon face significant pressure. These actions will be aimed at reaching an agreement with Moscow.

This was stated by the Polish Foreign Minister Radoslaw Sikorski on the social media platform "X" on Monday, January 6.

Ukraine Deserves Peace

According to Sikorski, Ukraine deserves peace, but it must be on fair terms. He firmly believes that there can be no talk of Ukraine's capitulation. However, he noted that Europe may face certain pressures.

"We may encounter significant pressure to strike a deal with Moscow. But what kind of agreement could a rational Europe accept? Certainly not a typical deal that would allow Moscow to regain its power. Europe is much stronger than what Russian leaders think. Russia is far weaker than many Europeans believe," Sikorski wrote.

He also added that Europe should not impose strict time constraints on its support for Ukraine, as this would encourage Russia to continue fighting. Instead, it is necessary to strengthen Kyiv's position ahead of the upcoming negotiations, the minister emphasized.

Let us remind you that French President Emmanuel Macron pointed out that there will be no quick and easy solution regarding the end of the war in Ukraine. He urged Kyiv to engage in "realistic discussions" on territorial issues.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky believes that the Russian dictator Putin does not seek negotiations, but rather capitulation. He has set absolutely unacceptable conditions for Ukraine, intending to "return at any moment."
