The command of the enemy troop grouping "Center" seems to be planning to deeply encircle Pokrovsk not only from the south and southwest but also from the west, cutting off the road to Mezheva near the village of Kotlino.

This was reported by military analyst, coordinator of the "Information Resistance" group, retired Colonel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Konstantin Mashovets, on his Telegram channel.

According to the expert, it is indicative that Russian occupation forces are constantly attacking not only towards this village but also to the west – towards Udachny, attempting to advance between the Solena River and the T-0406 road, although they have not yet reached the road itself.

Konstantin Mashovets noted that the advance of the occupiers south of Pokrovsk is as challenging as in the area of Novovasilivka and Solena, with their pace of advancement sharply declining in recent days.

The military expert also mentioned that enemy units continue their very slow "gnawing" of the defenses of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the directions of Pyschane – Zverove, Dachenske – Chynushyne, and Mykolaivka – the southern part of Myrnograd.

"As far as I understand, the actions of these enemy forces and assets directly depend on the operations of those units that are currently trying to bypass Pokrovsk from the west, with the main objectives of 'cutting off' two roads – to Mezheva and Pavlohrad," Konstantin Mashovets explained.
