The Ukrainian leader made this statement in response to a question from Novini.LIVE correspondent Halyna Ostapovets in Munich on Saturday, February 15.
"The agreement is signed at the ministerial level. As the president, I did not allow the ministers to sign it because, in my opinion, it is not ready," emphasized Zelensky.
According to him, the agreement is not yet ready for protection. Zelensky pointed out that it is very important for him to discuss investments in Ukraine, so it must be legally sound.
The head of state added that the agreement should be clear.
Recall that Zelensky held a meeting with Norwegian Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Støre, during which they discussed issues related to Ukrainian arms production.
Earlier, Zelensky expressed dissatisfaction that Donald Trump first called Russian dictator Vladimir Putin.
