Russian court trials of prisoners: a freed fighter shares his experience of torture.

Released from captivity by Russian occupiers, Valentin, a soldier from the 501st battalion, participated in a rally in Kyiv to support prisoners of war. He shared his experience of how the invaders sentenced him to life imprisonment and transferred him to the "Black Dolphin" colony.

The soldier claims that all the charges against him in Russia were fabricated. In the "Black Dolphin" colony, there were torture, beatings, and electric shocks.

According to Valentin, Russian guards treat them like animals.

"You know how pigs are electrocuted? That's what they do. This is how they condemn," — he noted.

In October 2023, the soldier managed to return home. Now he has joined a peaceful action to draw attention to his imprisoned comrades.

Recall that on January 6, a rally in support of the marines took place in Kyiv. People took to the streets with placards.

A rally in support of prisoners of war also occurred in Kyiv on January 5. Along with the people, dogs joined the demonstration.
