The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrskyi made this statement in an interview with the BAZA project on Thursday, January 23.
Syrskyi is convinced that actions should not follow rigid templates, but rather be based on the current situation and adapt accordingly. The military must study the enemy and understand their weaknesses, while also recognizing their own strengths.
"One must not be rigid; it’s important to be adequate and responsive. The situation changes, and you must continuously adapt. There should be a quick reaction. You cannot ignore any actions from the enemy, even minor ones,” the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine noted.
We remind you that Oleksandr Syrskyi reported on the efforts of the Russians to capture Pokrovsk. The Commander-in-Chief emphasized that Ukrainian defenders are doing everything possible to prevent the occupation of the city.
Syrskyi also mentioned significant losses of personnel for the Russian Federation in the war against Ukraine. According to him, throughout 2024, Russia has lost over 430 thousand military personnel either killed or wounded.
