Grain export rates in February 2025 have started to lag behind last year's figures, according to the Ministry of Agrarian Policy.

As of February 24, Ukraine has exported 28.429 million tons of grains and legumes since the beginning of the 2024-2025 marketing year (July-June), with 2.738 million tons shipped since the start of the current month, according to a report from the Ministry of Agrarian Policy, referencing data from the State Customs Service.

According to the report, as of February 26, 2024, the total shipment figure reached 28.579 million tons, including 4.703 million tons in February.

Since the beginning of the current season, wheat exports amounted to 11.743 million tons (compared to 11.266 million tons in 2023/24 MY), barley - 2.113 million tons (1.596 million tons), rye - 10.8 thousand tons (1 thousand tons), and corn - 14.133 million tons (15.439 million tons).

The total export of Ukrainian flour since the start of the season as of February 24, 2025, is estimated at 46.4 thousand tons (in 2023/24 MY - 73 thousand tons), including wheat flour - 42.9 thousand tons (69.3 thousand tons).
