Umerov has announced a reform of the Military Medical Commission—what it entails.

This was reported by Ukraine's Defense Minister Rustem Umerov during the "Ukraine. Year 2025" forum on Sunday, February 23.

VVK Reform — What Will Change

The first phase of the reform involves creating an electronic referral for VVK, while the second phase focuses on separating medical and administrative data. This will enable individuals to undergo the commission without geographical constraints.

It is worth noting that Defense Minister Rustem Umerov also stated that 96% of all drones are produced or purchased in Ukraine. He emphasized that Ukraine has become the largest drone manufacturer in the world.

During the forum, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrskyi discussed the situation regarding the provision of weapons and equipment. According to him, Ukraine is working on improvements.
