The MSEC denies disability extension without a bribe—what should you do?

Obtaining disability status in Ukraine has become one of the largest corruption schemes. Law enforcement officials are uncovering instances where heads of the Medical and Social Expert Commission (MSEC) are selling disability certificates to individuals who do not meet the criteria. There are also reports of people with genuine disabilities being asked for money to renew their status.
