A military official responded regarding whether Russia has the strength to break through in the Kharkiv region.

The head of the media relations group for the "Gart" border brigade, Alexander Danilenko, stated that the Russian Federation has sufficient resources to attempt a breakthrough in the northern part of the Kharkiv region again. He also pointed out that the invaders are consistently suffering significant losses in this section of the front.
