This was stated by Jens Stoltenberg on the sidelines of the Munich Security Conference, as reported by a correspondent from Novini.LIVE on Sunday, February 16.
"Norway does not support the creation of European Armed Forces, but backs the strengthening of European defense within NATO," emphasized the former Secretary General of the Alliance.
Stoltenberg highlighted that NATO is a broader organization compared to the EU, and thus it is essential to maintain and enhance the existing structures for effective cooperation.
Recall that during his speech at the Munich conference, Zelensky called for the establishment of European Armed Forces.
Subsequently, Polish Foreign Minister Radoslaw Sikorski stated that Europe has no plans to create a unified army.
