Vladimir Zelensky mentioned this at a press conference for the European Bank on Monday, February 10, as reported by UNIAN.
"Serious people from Trump's team will arrive in Ukraine this week. This will happen before the Munich Security Conference," the head of state emphasized.
He did not specify who exactly would be coming.
Zelensky noted that it is important for him to focus on the practical work of the Ukrainian team with the United States right now. Specifically, it concerns a shared vision of key issues.
"Certainly, there can be different opinions, but having a common vision on key matters — how to stop Putin, how to provide security guarantees for Ukraine. We will work very hard," the president added.
Recall that Trump stated that the U.S. is making progress in negotiations to end the war between Russia and Ukraine.
Additionally, Trump plans to sign an agreement with Zelensky for $500 million, which will include the extraction of minerals and gas in Ukraine in exchange for providing security guarantees.
