Alterra Group and Building Development announced the launch of the OBRIY Retail Park shopping center network during the RAU Summit-2024 on Wednesday.
Alterra Group is responsible for creating the properties, while Building Development acts as the broker for the network.
As reported to Interfax-Ukraine by Galina Bohach, Head of the Leasing Department at Alterra Group, the first property in the OBRIY Retail Park network will be the Trepol shopping center, located in Ukrainian, Kyiv region. The total area of the Trepol shopping center is 3,500 sq.m, including a shelter of 300 sq.m, and there is an open parking lot for 75 vehicles. Among the anchors are “Fora” in a new format covering 1,200 sq.m, Sinsay, Eva, Good Day Pharmacy, "Ukrzoloto", Master Zoo, lifecell, Vodafone, and there is a food zone. A fitness center is also planned.
The opening of the Trepol shopping center is scheduled for the end of December 2024, and a year later, in December 2025, the launch of two more OBRIY Retail Park properties is planned - in Malehiv, Lviv region, and Tatariv, Ivano-Frankivsk region.
As clarified in a comment to Interfax-Ukraine by Irina Koval, Commercial Director of the consulting and management company Building Development, both retail parks will be single-story, with the Malehiv shopping center covering 6,500 sq.m and the Tatariv shopping center covering 7,800 sq.m. The grocery anchor in both shopping centers will be Torba, and agreements are already in place with clothing brands, home goods, pharmacies, pet supplies, etc. The possibility of placing children's entertainment centers is also being discussed.
