The first agreement under the state program "eOselya" for purchasing an apartment in the under-construction eco-city Lucky Land by DIM was signed on Tuesday, December 17, as reported by DIM's press service.
"Signing the deal to buy an apartment in the modern eco-city Lucky Land through the state program 'eOselya' is a significant step towards providing affordable housing for many of our clients and confirms the reliability and transparency of DIM, as banks conduct thorough checks on the developer during accreditation," commented Olga Arbusova, head of sales for the eco-city Lucky Land, as quoted in the announcement.
The state program for affordable mortgage lending "eOselya" has been operational in Ukraine since October 2022. Military contract personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, security and defense sector workers, healthcare professionals, educators, and researchers can qualify for a subsidized mortgage at 3% per annum for a term of up to 20 years with a down payment starting at 20% of the property's cost.
Starting August 1, 2023, veterans of war, combat participants, internally displaced persons (IDPs), and citizens lacking their own housing beyond the normative area can apply for participation in the program at 7%.
Lucky Land (6 Berkovetska Street) is a comfort-class residential complex designed as a multifunctional area with developed infrastructure. It includes 23 buildings with heights of 13-14 floors, totaling 5,183 apartments, with guest parking for 2.5 thousand vehicles and underground parking for 356 cars.
The DIM group of companies was established in 2014 and specializes in the full cycle of development, including design, construction, and property management. During this time, the company has put into operation 15 buildings in eight residential complexes, totaling 3,640 apartments, and has constructed over 332.7 thousand square meters of residential and commercial space. Currently, six residential complexes of "comfort+" and "business class" are under construction: "Metropolis," Park Lake City, Lucky Land, A136 Highlight Tower, Olegiv Podil, and The One.
This company joined the state program for affordable housing loans "eOselya" in the spring of this year. The partner bank of the state program for affordable lending, SKY Bank, accredited the housing complexes of DIM that are in the final stages of construction for participation in the "eOselya" program, specifically buildings No. 4 and No. 6 in the Lucky Land complex and building No. 3 in the "Metropolis" complex in Kyiv.
