During the shelling of Ukraine, which lasted from the evening of December 18 to the morning of December 19, the enemy launched attacks using missiles and drones.
The missile attack was directed from three locations, with two Iskander-M ballistic missiles launched by the invaders from temporarily occupied Crimea and the Rostov region.
According to reports from the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the missile strike damaged private homes and apartment buildings.
The drone attack originated from the areas of Bryansk, Kursk, Millerovo, and Orel.
Ukrainian Air Force aviation, anti-aircraft missile troops, electronic warfare units, and mobile fire groups successfully shot down 45 "Shaheds" and drones of various types.
The drones were neutralized in the Poltava, Sumy, Kharkiv, Kyiv, Khmelnytskyi, Chernihiv, Cherkasy, Kirovohrad, Dnipropetrovsk, and Mykolaiv regions.
Additionally, another forty "decoy" drones were lost to radar.
It is also known that on the night of December 19, Russia launched missile attacks on Kryvyi Rih, resulting in damage to the city's civilian and energy infrastructure.
This was reported by the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration, Serhiy Lysak, on Telegram.
According to his information, there were no fatalities or injuries.
Lysak added that as a result of the Russian attack, two nine-story buildings, a hospital, a school, a store, and ten vehicles were damaged.
Reports indicate that central collectors, power lines, and trolleys were severed, and it is known that one of the heating plants has been shut down.
