According to CNN sources, Kellogg is set to arrive in Ukraine on Thursday, February 20.
The network did not provide any further details regarding the visit of Trump's special representative for Ukraine and Russia.
It is worth noting that the head of the Office of the President, Andriy Yermak, stated that Ukraine is looking forward to Kellogg's visit in February to share information about Russian aggression.
